Exterior Soft Washing / Soft cleaning

Soft Washing is an innovative fast method for restoring the shine of exterior facades, roofs and flooring. Unlike traditional cleaning with water jets under high pressure, here is applied rinsing and impregnation of the surfaces with a mix of water and Bio detergent under low pressure, in which the environment and the treated surfaces are spared.

Due to its processing nature, it is an extremely fast and efficient method that saves time and money. Once the Bio preparation reaches the surface, it dissolves the accumulated dirt and penetrates deep into the pores of the materials, where it kills all molds, mosses and lichens.

Due to the simple and effective formula of action, you can easily reach buildings on the ground with a height up to 12.5 m, which saves on the final price of services and makes it affordable for every pocket.

Main steps in the process

Dry cleaning of surfaces from organic and inorganic waste;
Wetting the surface with clean water;
Low-pressure watering with a mix of water and various biocides depending on the structure and surface contamination factor;
In some cases, it is necessary to rinse and re-impregnate with an Eco-based biocide;
Once treated and impregnated, the surfaces are protected for up to 2 years against the appearance of new molds, mosses and lichens;
At the customer's request and for an additional fee, an additional layer of invisible sealing agent can be applied, which repels the accumulation of inorganic dust particles, dirt and moisture and protects the surface from harmful atmospheric conditions.
Soft Wash is suitable for old and delicate hard exterior surfaces as it is not treated with high pressure and degrees as with ordinary exterior cleaning.
